Bringing new life into this house and backyard, a stunning 240 square foot Trex deck designed to optimize the daily space, as well as host the family gathering. This low-maintenance composite deck transformed an unsafe splintering eyesore that was rarely used to one of the nicest spots of the property.  Note details such as the black support posts, coordinated railing balusters, and wide cocktail railings. Deck access is facilitated by either stepping out of the home’s back door or from the driveway with the addition of a strategically placed extra-wide staircase. Topped with an affordable sunshade, this deck is a pleasure to spend time on making this new Trex deck the heart of the living space.
