A covered, screened in patio provides protection from the sun and rain, as well as provides a great place to relax (extending your living room). Further, it’s an optimal location to host your buffet. Pairing the screened in porch with a fully unenclosed deck brings together the best of both worlds, with ample spaces for dining and seating, no matter what the New England outdoors brings your way.

This deck build incorporates vertical PVC skirting, In-Lite Outdoor Lighting, and a custom built-in bench. The screened in porch utilizes the ScreenEze Porch Screening System, and a prefinished pine ceiling with lighting for a “clean” look and feel.
