Second Story Trex Deck – 12’x12′

Project Details

This small second-story deck, built from Trex Transcend Decking in Havana Gold with steel railings, was designed to make a second-story rental a special place. By adding this deck detail to the property, the appeal and enjoyment of the vacation rental is enhanced. Further, an addition such as this increased the property value, safety of the renters, as well as justified an increase in the rental rate.

Here, we incorporated a custom made color-matched post wrap to complement the color scheme desired by the homeowner.
